 Does not fit correctlyMay 29, 2010
I have several other reviews and I saw that a number of people said the cover did not fit properly. I thought, (incorrectly it turns out), that they had probably ordered to wrong series. Checking the serial number of the original I found that I needed a series 1 top. I ordered it and found that the other reviewers were correct. It did not fit. It was a good 3 or 4 inches shy and yes I did make sure I had it the right way around as it is 12 x 10 inches. I finally got the idea of releasing the original tension on the top support spider thereby lowering the top the needed 3 or 4 inches. I did get all the clips hooked, (except for the one that broke off during the initial try), and as another review stated, it is VERY tight. I got nearly five years out of the original top, but I am afraid that this one will not last that long. The tension on the fabric is just too great.
So, to conclude, if you get one of these tops, be aware that you are in for a struggle to get it installed.

This item does not fit the factory gazebo. The stated size is 10 x 12, however the actual size as measured with my 25' Tape Measure is 140 x 119. The hooks are about 6 inches off from the holes end to end. Do not expect this to cover your Tiverton gazebo, and plan to spend some money shipping it back.

The original cover got ripped off during a wind storm. These covers do not withstand much wind. We are on our 4th cover in three years. The first replacement cover from Garden Winds fit pretty well. The second replacement didn't fit at all. The fabric was the correct dimensions but the hooks were off by about one inch. We contacted Gardenwinds and they sent us a replacement canopy free of charge (I am happy with their customer service) however they couldn't guarantee it would fit either due to some kind of error from the maker. The 4th one fit better but my husband finally just drilled new wholes for fear the fabric would rip with such stretching and pulling. The gazebo its self is wonderful. Have had neighbors come over to look at it and ask about it.

I was pleased to find a web site that offers replacement tops although I would prefer a better quality of fabric. The gazebo itself is an item that will hold up year after year but the tops will not. I know it will be more costly to provide a real quality top and customer would more than likely not want to pay for the quality. I would however like to pay more for a better quality.

Note: There are 3 different manufacturers based on model year. Make sure you have the correct one.

OEM top is $79 ($94 with s/h), they say it takes 3-4 wks. I got my last one in 2 wks.
I just ordered my 2nd replacement top (Part# G-GZ107PST). The sun/wind here in the south takes it's toll on them.
