It's comparable to IKEA quality and price. A nice, stylish, seemingly sturdy piece if you're looking for something basic.

We ordered this table for our daughter off her Amazon wish list and liked it so well, we bought another one! It was extremely easy to put together, looks great & more expensive looking than the price we paid.

The pieces were very poorly protected and one of the little pegs on a side panel had broken off in transit. Unwilling to send the nightstand back the same day I had got it, I ended up gluing it in place with super glue so that the side would stay in place and the whole piece wouldn't fall over--yes, the entire nightstand did really hinge on the one tiny peg. Not only that, but none of the holes that the pegs and screws were meant to fit into were the same size or aligned correctly, so I nearly destroyed the thing getting it together. While the nightstand does look nice now that it's finished and it was certainly cheap, I doubt it will last very long: only get this if you want it to be temporary or if you're putting it somewhere that it won't get a lot of use (and by that I mean hardly any). All in all, I've put together a lot of furniture in my life but the manual for this thing makes Ikea's look like they're written by brilliant scholars and it makes their furniture look like it's made by genuine Shaker craftsmen.

I purchased this night stand for one of our guest bedrooms that is only used a handfull of times each year and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I was extremely happy with this item and would definitely recommend it to anyone! It matches well with the South Shore furniture Headboard and is a great value! This is suppose to be a wood nightstand - instead it was junky plastic and none of the holes lined up to put it together. Deceptive advertising!!
